Hello All and happy new year
My Device(WET54G ver 3.1, S/N BDY41FA03465) cannot power on. The Power Led no Lit.
I have already change the power adapter with other Linksys bridge(same product) but problem remains.
Please for Case number in order to proceed with RMA Service Request

It will be much faster for you if you return the item (including packaging) to where you purchased it from as DoA (dead on arrival). They can then take care of the RMA process from Linsys.

Thanks a lot for your message.
My purchase order is more than one month old and the shop cannot accept the DOA process.
Please for your actions in order to receive RMA Number.

Just send it back as dead. You should be able to send it back to where you brought it or phone Linksys on there free call number and get an RMA from them. But I would suggest dealling with your local provider as it will be lots faster.
