Guys i think this is the worst device i ever seen from Linksys, but anyway even if its linksys i will never buy if its not supported by dd-wrt.
i have same issue with my Android phone , keep loosing connnectivity, even with the latest 1.04 firmware.
i will get a buffalo one.

I have tried soft reset, hard reset, restore factory settings and even with 1.004 firmware always the same problem with DHCP pass trough.
This device will go back in its box and will be replace by something working fine.

That should work. Nothing I know there’s a problem with this product. Thanks! ![]()

I've tried several different units of this product, and I can confirm that all have the same problem.
We tried different firmware versions, and even seems to have better performance with the latest versions, but it does not work perfectly.
Today we no longer use or distribute this product because it has caused too many problems for us and our customers. We can not afford such a negative impact on our image.
I wonder if some day Linksys or Cisco will correct the bug, but that's not my problem now.

I have the same troubles with my WAP610N
the lastest firmare (1.04) seems to work for mobiles (my nokia can now get its IP adress) but laptops can't !
It is incredible that Cisco doesn't update this product, so many users are in pain with it
So hurry up please....
What security type did you set it to?

Currently my WAP610N are running "OK" with WPA encryption. I had some problems using WPA2. I have talked to a guy who has 3 of them running WPA2 without any problems.
I think the problem are in the wireless security.
Have you tried updating the drivers (wlan cards) of your wireless devices?
