I have a Webstar DPC2100R2. Cisco recently pushed out new firware updating the old Scientific Atlanta firmware. I am now unable to access the area to set my access at level 2 so I can troubleshoot. Can I get the new settings url & new pass?
The default IP address to access the setup page of the Webstar modem is 192.168.100.1 and by default the Username is : admin and the Password : w2402. If its unable to access the username and password then you need to reset your Modem and re-configure all the settings on it again.
