Try to upgrade/re flash the firmware .
Connect the computer with the Ethernet cable to Linksys WAG120N .
Download the latest firmware and upgrade the firmware .
After upgrading the firmware, reset the WAG120N for 30 seconds and configure it manually again .

Thank you for your reply.
I did exactly as you write. Update the router and restart all settings. Unfortunately it did not help. "iPhone 3" and "iPhone 4" communicate with WiFi and work. Xbox 360 and Asus Eee pc connect only when i disable the "Security Mode ". Observed that, as I set WPA2-Personal is a computer connected only by using the "Wi-Fi Protected Setup " but after about a minute and is disconnected after a reboot again no connection. Repeat the computer is OK with a cheap router Asmax works without problems.

Create a new wireless network and see if that works.
Connect the computer to the router with the Ethernet cable.
Open the setup page of the router and go to Wireless tab. Change the Wireless network name SSID to create a new wireless network. Change the wireless channel to 11. Save the settings.
Click on Wireless security sub tab and change the security mode to WEP. Enter the key for the wireless network. Click on Wireless MAC filter and make sure that it is disabled.
Click on Advanced wireless settings sub tab. Change the Beacon interval to 75, RTS and fragmentation threshold to 2304. Save the settings.
Try to connect to the new wireless network.
What error do you get when you try to connect to the wireless network?
Did you try connecting your wireless computer to any other secured wireless network?

"Create a new wireless network and see if that works." Done... even tried reflash (see above)
"Connect the computer to the router with the Ethernet cable" Done... I have PC Permanently connected cable and had no problem with the network
"Open the setup page of the router and go to Wireless tab. Change the Wireless network name SSID to create a new wireless network. Change the wireless channel to 11. Save the settings." Done... Not help
"Click on Wireless security sub tab and change the security mode to WEP. Enter the key for the wireless network. Click on Wireless MAC filter and make sure that it is disabled.
Click on Advanced wireless settings sub tab. Change the Beacon interval to 75, RTS and fragmentation threshold to 2304. Save the settings.
Try to connect to the new wireless network." Done... Not help
"What error do you get when you try to connect to the wireless network?" - I have Polish windows and I do not know how it is in English. In some settings after a network password. calls for "security key" and do not accept. And by setting WPA2 simply shows the message "Unable to connect to device"
"Did you try connecting your wireless computer to any other secured wireless network?" - see above I repeat:
PC - Connecting witch Ethernet cable - works
iPhone 3G (WiFi) - works on all the router settings
iPhone 4 (WiFi) - works on all the router settings
Netbook Asus EeePC 1000H Windows 7 (WiFi) - Don't works
Xbox 360 "slim" (WiFi) - Works only when setup to WPA-Personal, on WPA2 and Mixed Don't connect to device
When i disable wifi security All device works fine.
In another router ASMAX All device works fine.
--------------------------------------------------
I try today all security settings I noticed something strange. Regardless of the network setting, the program inSSIDer shows the encryption WEP:
Screen was made at the setting:
| MAC Address: | 00:25:9C:89:06:C0 |
| Mode: | B/G-Mixed |
| Network Name (SSID): | iRouter |
| Radio Band: | Standard - 20MHz Channel |
| Wide Channel: | |
| Standard Channel: | 7- 2.442GHZ |
| Security: | WPA2 |
| SSID Broadcast: | Enable |
iRouter is the WAG120n which is the problem, pixels router is ASMAX which works without a problem, rest this is neighbors routers

Hey buddy! I've been searching for the answer to your question for two days and all I could find was nothing. Hopefully, I think today I got the answer! Yes, its simpler than it looks and its a big linksy's **bleep**ing bad work.
As I don't have issue with another computer, my only problem is the Xbox360, I can't say if this will work for your notebook, but be sure it'll help you connecting to your Xbox.
Its just a firmware problem, man. Yeah, all this headache just for a **bleep**ing firmware problem. I paid attention on another website where was said that the WAG120N is fully compatible with the Xbox 360 wireless. And then was when I could see the tiny letters saying: "Firmware: 1.00.11". A click came to me: "Wow, I updated to 1.00.16 at Linksys website". It was so stupid I couldn't believe it would be my solution.
Well, I wen to linksys website and I found they don't let old firmwares to download. What should I do? Google it. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to find the 1.00.11 firmware version, I could just find the 1.00.12 which worked fine. Since I don't actually remeber where I downloaded it, i'll upload it to 4Shared so you'll be able to download it.

Thats it buddy, hope it help you with your Xbox and Notebook. I just wanna say that now you may find another problem, my Xbox test conections went fine but there was a minnor problem when trying to connect to Xbox Live. The console said the NAT setting is moderated and it should be Open, the problem is that this modem/router doesn't have anything to change about NAT unless Able and Enable! Haha, it must be a **bleep**ing joke >_>

Thanks for your reply. I sent the router on the guarantee and sent me a new one. Nothing has changed, even the software WAG120N_AnnexA_ETSI_FW_1.00.12.bin.
