I am new to these forums so be gentle with me.

I have an E1000, an WVC54GC camera, and a WVC80N camera. My router is working great. I am having trouble with Linksys's software for viewing the two cameras at the same time. The WVC80N works great but the WVC54GC does not show video on the software. In the software, it shows as offline, yet I know its not.

For you to know one thing that both the cameras will certainly work together in your network if you can set them up with different TCP/IP port numbers on your router....

For you to know, you have already confirmed that your camera 1, WVC80N works great and you can view that camera on the utility software as well, and also you have mentioned that your Camera 2, i.e., WVC54GC is working as per you and you are not able to view the camera with the utility software and it shows you that its OFFLINE.....

For above mentioned querries, let me make it very clear to you that, both the cameras are working on different IP's obviously, however, for both the cameras, you have to set up different port numbers and then forward those port numbers on your router and then you will be able to access both the cameras using the utility software and you will not see the status as OFFLINE....

For camera 1, if the port number used is 1024, then for camera 2, try and change that port number to 1025 and it will work...

For forwarding the port numbers using the IP for the cameras you can visit:
