Recording but Playback can not see videos

I have five Cisco/Linksys IP cameras.  I installed the PVC2300_WVC2300_Internet_Camera_Utility_2.1.1_200809 today that I downloaded from Cisco.  I am able to see all cameras via the Monitoring software.  I enabled triggered events on one camera and setup the path for recordings.  When I go to the recording directory, I see it created a directory for the camera name and in that are three folders.  When I look in the data directory, there are several .sef files so I know it is recording.

 

If I launch the player from the Monitoring software, I can only change the first two options.  The first option being the camera name (which all five of my cams appear).  And, if I want to see all videos, triggered events, etc.  I always select all recordings.  I can not change the dates or times.  When I hit submit, It states it can not find any videos.

 

This seems to be very straight forward and the software does not appear to allow me to change where the player should look for videos.  I can only assume it is looking in the right place.

 

Any suggestions on how to correct would be appreciated.
