Any resolution to this issue? After a firm upgrade, I cannot ping my WVC after numerous resets and power cycling.

Generally, if you've already set the IP to something you can't get into, remember the little RESET hole on the side of the chassis.  Poking inside that makes it dumb-dumb, again, so you can sneak up on it from behind and win (from scratch, again).

Re: Using the 192.168.1.115 IP address I can ot get into the camera.

The default IP address 192.168.1.115 needs to be on the same network as your home network. So if you check your home network and it is for example 192.168.0. then you can't get to the admin screen. You will need to disconnect your PC from your network and attach the camera directly to your PC via a cable. You need to change your IP through the windows network settings properties (You can google how to do this for XP Win7 etc...) (note your current settings for later)  to be on the 192.168.1 net (for example set it to 192.168.1.10). When you have verified this via ipconfig /all then you can connect to the admin console on the default 192.168.1.115. Login as admin/admin (assuming you have reset everything via the reset button by now). Then change to a static IP of something on your "real" default network (ie: 192.168.0.200) - this would be if your real home net is 192.168.0 like in my previous example. Save this setting. Put your PC back on your home network with its original network settings. Now when you connect the camera  to your home network it will be visible at 192.168.0.200. Hope this helps someone.....

Re: Using the 192.168.1.115 IP address I can ot get into the camera.

Will someone please explain like i'm five on how to hook this thing up??

I bought this camera from someone at work due to a problem with someone breaking into my house--with no start up wizard software.

I am using a D-Link Wireless N router

The Linksys people have never been so useless.  No chat help--no useful information.  It's still their product.

Any help on this would be great.

I know how to log into my router.  Changing addresses and that crap is completely foreign.
