Hi Maurice,
I finally found a copy of the Firmware v1.1.00 build 02 on a german drivers site. I can email it to you, or you can download it from this link. The link is to the "translated" version of english. This is where I got it, and it worked great. Now my wvc54gca works with all features again. I truly don't know why Linksys Tech Support doesn't put this version back on their site because the new version (v1.1.01 build 01) is bad, and is causing all kinds of problems for people.
I hope this helps others avoid all the trouble with this camera. This is the fix for wvc54gca problems. Here is the link: (it's long)

Thanks, btw the link you provided isn't working for me. So I searched the site myself and downloaded it.
I have it now uploaded to my site and the link is http://www.timara.nl/WVC54GCA_FW_1.1.00_build02.zi
I really don't understand why cisco-linksys doesn't keep the old firmwares, so atleast if something is wrong we could go back to an older version.

I am having problems with motion detection with a WVC54GCA that I "upgraded" the firmware to V1.1.01 build 01. I found that I have the previous V1.1.00 build 02 still on my computer and want to "downgrade" to this version. I'm a little nervous though as to whether this will go OK. It isn't usual to move back on a firmware version. Has anyone done this successfully? Any problems I should know about?
Thanks,
Mike

Hello,
Thank you for all the good advise posted here. I'm having same problems as most of you and it clearly appears that the 1.1.00 build02 is THE solution, BUT... none of the links provided above seems to work any longer...Am I arriving too late, or would anyone who have this precious file be so kind to post it somewhere, or get in touch with me to send it directly?
Thank you in advance.

I tried it too, it is not working anymore. Looks like the link has been deleted or removed? I tried looking around in the web but could not find anything. I hope the other users with this device and happens to have saved before the firmware from that link will send personally the file as it seems that the file cannot be found anymore for a long time now from Cisco's homesupport site.

Hello,
i am also in the need for the newest driver for my WVC54GCA.
I have to of 'em running. One w/ firmware V1.00R22 and the other w/ firmware V1.00R24. I noticed, that the R24-Version has the option under "Image" at the bottom of the page under "Options" to check/uncheck "Enable Low Light Sensitivity". The R22-Version does not have this option!
So, i am looking at least for firmware V1.00R24 to use the Low Light Sensitivity on my other cam. If possible i like to upgrade both cams to the latest firmaware.
Unfortunetly under the url http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/support/cameras
Does anyone of you can provide me with any firmware version for this great cam?
Thanks in advance!
