Setting up my WVC80N everything seems to be working, except the ability to select the area of the frame to detect motion. The "Set Sensitivity Area" button brings up a blank window with a purple background with no controls or instructions. The browser (FireFox 13.0) shows the page source to have JavaScript, and JavaScript is enabled.
Anyone have this experience or suggestions on what's happening?
Thanks,
Dave

Are you experiencing the same problem if you're using a different browser? Have you tried doing the same thing on another computer? This is to isolate the problem.

I have the SAME ISSUE on the camera WVC80N . On the "motion detection' tab, .. when i click on 'Set sensitivity area". All i get is a large purple screen, with Nothing in the window. Tired using firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Nothign works. Current sensitivit is the **bleep**s. Really need to properly access this SET SENSITIVITY window. to increase it. This Camera came directly from Cisco's online home store.
Any ideas????

You might need to try to use another computer just to isolate this problem. It is unusual that two cameras were having the same problem; there’s a possibility that there might be a problem with the two cameras since you have already tried different firmware and both were having the same problems.
