Wired connection doesn't show in Cisco Connect

Hello Cisco Home Community Forum,

All my wireless connections to my Valet Plus are fine and show up in Parental Controls in the Cisco Connect Software. But my wired connections do not. Every device that connects via an ethernet cable plugged into any of the router's ports aren't included in the Cisco Connect software Parental Controls Section. Please tell me how to fix this. Or, are the parental controls for wireless devices only?

It will not show-up automatically.list. If the computer is not listed, click Add to select the computer.You can also check the connected devices under the DHCP Client table on the router setup page.

I'm having the same problem. The wireless connections installed without a hitch on 3 computers. I can't see any of the wired connections (network drive, printer, desktop) on any computer. Each computer runs a different OS (XP, Vista and 7)

When trying to connect to the network drive, the Iomega software "sees" the drive but can not connect. The attempt times-out through the web interface.

None of the connections show up in the DHCP Client table.
