I recently upgraded my Mac to Lion (MAC OS 10.7. )It appears that I cannot get to my Valet Plus via the Valet Plus application. Instead, I must point my browser to 192.168.1.1 and manage it that way. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, it's an issue with Lion. Cisco is coming up with a fix for it.

When will this fix be available for Lion OS X 10.7.1? I just bought an e1200 today and the install disc does not for support it. It is very discouraging.

Support for Lion 10.7 is in the latest release of Cisco Connect Setup Build 1.4.11222.0 and later.
Download from the product home page.

I downloaded the latest Connect 1.4(11266.0) It doesn't run at all on my iMac running 10.7.2, and setup fails on my Macbook running 10.7.1. I got the router working using the USB Easy Setup Key, but it didn't inform me of my password. I can't find the password by any means tried so far, so can't use my Touch, iPhone, or Kindle using my wi-fi. If I can't get this fixed soon, I will return the Valet router.

I tried live chat, got an answer that worked. Logged in using web browser at 192.168.1.1 left user name blank, used "admin" as password. Wireless tab, Wireless Security subtab, found password: "password". Tried that on all my devices, and it worked. Seems like they could have advised that on a paper included in the package. At least the default password.

What version of Cisco Connect are you using, and what is the problem you are experiencing? Make sore you download the latest version from your product's support page.
