Recent troubles with my WGA54G Wireless G Gaming Adapter

I've had the WGA54G wireless gaming adapter for about 9 months and it had been working fine until just recently I attempted to log into Xbox 360 and it won't log in and when I test the connection it keeps telling me I have a wired connection when clearly I don't. My brother has the same gaming adapter as me and I tried using his and it worked fine, does anyone know of a solution or am I gonna have to blow another $50 to $100 bucks on a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try resetting the gaming adapter and reconfigure, check if it works.

Re: Recent troubles with my WGA54G Wireless G Gaming Adapter

I actually figured out that it was that my router encryption was WPA and for whatever reason my wireless adapter only supports WEP encryption so I changed it and everything is working. Thanks for the suggestion though.
