I wish to thank the individual who gave me the instructions on how to deactivate the HND trial software. After loading it and being unable to access any shopping web sites for 3 days and having my username ans password rejected repeatedly, I was at my wits end. So, I called the Linksys support line. My 38 minute encounter there created a new definition of frustration. I will just repeat their last comment, "You must call your internet service provider, they are the problem." I came to the forum and within 10 minutes I found my solution. Thanks again.It is beyond my imagination as to why Linksys would risk their reputation aligning with this software. Terrible,just terrible.
