So far I still cannot view my reports. I have treid everything from reloading the apps, deleting the registry keys, changing the language to something foreign then back to english (which temorarily solved the Tai web login from loading). I have an open ticket with linksys, but no one seems to take ownership of the software support (only making sure the router is set up correctly). Linksys sent me to Pure networks, Pure Networks sent me to Trend Micro support, and Trend Micro support said that linksys was supposed to handle this software.
I'm getting very, very frustrated. So far it's been $50 completely wasted. If I can't view reports online and set up automatic reporting of certain computers, then there is very little need for this software since the content blocking selections are VERY limited and not customizable.
--<Venting>-- Whomever is working on future implimentations of this software should take a long hard look at the options available in K9 parental software. It's basice, and free, and it works pretty well. It's just not on a router level and must be installed on each computer (so not feasable for gaming systems and other non computer devices with web access). A blend of the 2 would be near perfection

I too have the same problem invalid login. It actually worked (trial version) for the first half day after installation - accessing the report via the received e-mail. Next day got the e-mail, but could not log in (invalid password or user name), and cannot view the report from the main program screen.
Runing XP Service Pac 3, 4 computers on network; Network Magic instal on only one computer for trial, which now has 5 days left.
Anyone? Please help. Program looks good, but I need the report functionality....

I have the same problem with my WRT320N

I am having the exact same problem. I can access everything within Network Magic, Home Network Defender, my Linksys router, everything. But when I try to view the Network Activity Reports, it does not accept my password. I am using the same password for all of my Cisco products & devices. So, basically, I have all of the control I need, but cannot access any reports. I tried chatting with Cisco support online, but they are not familiar with the problem.

Same exact problem:
have purchased Network Magic and Home network Defender. Eveything works fine locally but cannot access the on-line reporting either.
I created an account for cisco manually, but no services are available for the account.
How do I open a ticket with cisco to resolve this?

Cisco told me it I needed to talk to Purenetworks. They don't answer the phone or are too busy to.
I called them and opened a ticket on-line. Still cannot get in and no response from them on the ticket.
Is HND still supported, and if so, why is cisco still selling it with network magic as an add on?

Spencer,
I am having the same issue with the invalid login to the Trend site for the network reports. I saw that you were able to resolve this for others. Can you assist?
Thanks

I'm having the same exact problem. Access to anything via router console but when I try to open 'View Report' through a browser my username/password is not accepted.
