I have a second hand NMH410 which I'm trying to set up for remote access. I think the first free year has been used up, but I dont know how to go about getting it going. I set up a new name for the device, but when i go to https://ciscomediahub.com/ and enter the name, it just comes up with "Website is down. Try again later" - been like that for a while now, so I wondered if it's a problem I can fix?!
Any help gratefully received

Having said that, I've just tried again on a whim and it's worked! What are the chances?! Only issue now is that I dont know the password to log in. And the guy who sold it is sure he never set one up (but it isn't admin)... Hmm....

I've gotten home and played around - it seems there is a password setup which I dont know. Does anyone know how to reset just the remote access password? If i do a reset will I lose anything on the hard drive?

That’s actually the password for your mediahub device. The default password is "admin" for this. If it’s not working, there’s no other option but to reset and reconfigure the product.
