Appreciate if any suggestions on how to fix this .. Just now upgraded media hub firmware and I think it has right now .15. I used to use it to mainly share my music/videos across to Ps3's. After the upgrade I donot see "Music -> Folder" element and also when I navigate to Videos -> Folder, it says the list is empty.
I haven't changed any thing except for FM upgrade and also a restart of the Media Hub. All the media/folder are visible over windows explorer but over windows connect from PC or Ps3 it shows the lists as emply.

Hi. Just want to ask if the leds on your device are still okay after the firmware upgrade.
I found the link below from Cisco's public KB site:

Try checking if media server has been enabled on the media hub's browser page and you may need to reboot the PS3 to sync it or check if you may need to reconfigure the library thru the PS3.

Wondering if the firmware issue was ever solved?
I'm using the hub with the original firmware- only because I'm scared to update it for fear of trashing what little use/speed I get out of it now. Slow is better than dead (barely).
Can anyone here speak to firmware updates going any better today that when this was posted last year?

Technically, if you upgrade the FW of the hub it will not erase any files. Though, it may take some time for the files to come back up after the upgrade. You may need to reboot all of the devices that are connected to the hub. And just to make sure you still have your files, you can make a backup before doing the upgrade.
