Can't Enable Network Lock

I disabled my Network Lock in my Network Magic yesterday so my sister could log on to my network to register her new Kindle Fire.  Last night I tried to enable the lock again, and now it keeps telling me it cannot be enabled.  I don't understand what happened.  I'm using Windows 7 and have a Linksys E1000 router.  Would greatly appreciate it if some one could let me know what I need to do to get my network locked again.

I have just the opposite problem, I can not disable my network lock.  It was working fine until a a non standard shut down and not it can not be disable.  I am using Version 9.9195.1  Plat 11.2.9591  and  Dling DIR 651 router.  Any hepl will be appreciated
