What router model do you have?
Can your other devices connect wirelessly?

I try setting up my wifi and i can not connect, i enter the right password, and try this several times without being able to connect. How do I know if lock is on?

Let me know the model number of the router? What is the wireless security mode you have selected in the router? Try to reduce the wireless security mode and then check the connectivity status.
