Network Magic - Licensing Scheme Question

I have a question regarding the licensing scheme.

I believe that I am allowed a maximum of 5 installs of NM on my network.

My wife's computer recently gave up the ghost. Given that I have had to replace her PC with a new one (the old one is toast - it will not boot) can I somehow transfer the license to her new PC ? or is the license installed on the failed PC lost forever meaning I only have 4 licenses left ?

Thanks.

Re: Network Magic - Licensing Scheme Question

Hi atari400, Do you have a Pro or Essentals license?

I would call NM Customer Service about that so they can help you with this situation.

Support Hours:
By phone: 888-812-9402
Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Pacific Time
Sat-Sun, 11am-4pm Pacific Time
(We're closed on most US national holidays.)

My Cisco Network Magic Configuration:
Router: D-Link WBR-2310 A1 FW:1.04, connected to Comcast High Speed Internet
Desktop, iMac: NM is on the Windows Partition, using Boot camp to access Windows, Windows 7 Pro 32-bit RTM, Broadcom Wireless N Card, McAfee Personal Firewall 2009,
Mac Partition of the iMac is using Mac OS X 10.6.1 Snow Leopard
Laptop: Windows XP Pro SP3, Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG, McAfee Personal Firewall 2008

Please note that though I am a beta tester for Network Magic, I am not a employee of Linksys/Cisco and am volunteering my time here to help other NM users.
