Network Magic Support!

I sent in a request for help with a Network Magic key.  It took almost two weeks, but I did get a response and the problem was corrected.  They are out there.  Slowish but out there.

Trying to view the Online Report feature

Unable to Login at the Trend Micro Login page

https://services.linksys.com/lela_reporting/lela_reporting.jsp?

Keep getting  "Login Failed: Invalivd email  or password"

However keep getting invitations to view my report.

 

Also going to:

 

https://services.linksys.com/home-central/account/login.html?lcid=1033na

or

Linksys service home

 

Unable to login

Get: An unknown error occurred. ( Error Code: 1000

 

What is up with CISCO?

Did anyone get you help with accessing the on-line reports?  I need to get this resolved.

 

Having the same problem.  My network magic is working fine and I also paid for HOME NETWORK DEFENDER subscription.

 

I get the emails to view the reports https:/ /services.linksys.com/lela_reporting/lela_reporting.jsp?x=PHg%2BPHU%2BdG9iYWdvbWFuQGNvbWNhc3QubmV0PC...

 

When I try to log in I Keep getting  "Login Failed: Invalid email  or password" also

 

I created an account in Linksys service home, but my account neets to be linked to my reporting. It says the following in my profile.

 

Services Available to Set Up

No services are available for set up.

Im wondering why if u subscribe to email reports you get a Verify Email address link from them and it says it will take one day to start getting reports. Dont the reports come from my computer directly to my email or is there another setp involved. ?? and on that same subject wjy do i need to have them sent to email, Why cant i just see the report within the software >> find that very ODD .. Don't you ??

I also tried to contact "support" about the windows explorer crashing problem I am having, but each time I found a link and clicked on it, I just got some sort of error message. This is most unsatisfactory. Come on Cisco - now please provide a proper support service.

Hi everyone i have some trouble under windows xp sp 2 when the product start i have crash when dicover

network  it block service platform and after says that i dont have router

 

i ask to solve to cisco on phone but any reply from them

 

previous version is fully operating

As far as I can tell it doesn't exist I have version 4.9 , Bought it , now they will not activate it. Have called  Cisco several times. They promised that  tech support would call me to resolve problem. They never called.

It appears to be  a impossible mission to get support from cisco about Network Magic
