passwords not accepted on WRT120N and its less than 30 days old

First I am not the brightest guy on the internet, but I have a new wrt120n... and at first, ( first 2 weeks) everything was fine,,, I have two cell phones, 1 being a deactivated IPHONE 3 that I have used for yrs as a back up lap top,chk messages ext.....in the last 2 weeks the password has had problems being accepted.... now its not acppeted at all.....  And I have  changed one thing  !!!            I have tried the on line help stuff, and I am sure they get frustrated  at someone not being "computer literate"  and twice while they have me re figuring or changing stuff, they always ask me to go into "networking" and deleate  the wireless image... well of course, that pits me off  the internet and lose the chat...twice yesterday........ any sugestions before i junk this .....the only good thing is that ity alows me to use my Majic Jack  as a phone...but wirless in the house is worthless....

What I can suggest is to reset the router and reconfigure. Just make sure the firmware of the router is updated. You can download it here http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/support/routers/WRT120N. Don’t forget to reset after the upgrade. You can access the articles below that will guide you reconfigure everything. I hope this helps.
