Printing system is not connected

I have problems.... I already bought USB print server with 4 hub port (PSUS4). I successfully configured my printserver and install software driver, but not BI Admin.

As I tried to print, a popup window appeared. the message "Printing System is not connected to your PC". I can print the print server.

help me to solve the problems.

Re: Printing system is not connected

Hi. Have you tried pressing the reset button on the print server for 3-5 seconds? Did it print a test page? What is the model of your printer?

Re: Printing system is not connected

Hello,

has anyone already found a solution to this problem ?
I have exactly the same problem, the printer does however print when I click OK if I see the message.
I've installed the same printer with that print server on my notebook, and this does work correctly...

Re: Printing system is not connected

You are able to print to the printserver, right?  I think you may disregard that message, it must be coming from your printer's software or something.  (you can then either uninstall it or prevent it from launching with windows)

Re: Printing system is not connected

I can't even print to printserver. but I can ping my ping server 192.168.0.x

I don't know what is going on. If I connect my USB printer to my PC, it prints normally. I don't think it's due to the software or driver.
