Using the installation CD, all things operate smoothly until I disconnect the ethernet cable an power on the print server. The computer communicates with the print server, the wireless network is found, but after unplugging the network cable and powering on the print server, the wireless network cannot connect. Advice please. Attempting to connect to a Netgear 3700 which is operating effectively.

I had the SAME EXACT problem.
Netgear 3700 Wireless router and switch.
Also, I have a NEtgear prosafe 24 port Switch between the print server and the router.
Also, I installed OpenWRT on the 3700 router/switch.
When I pulled the ethernet cable in the steps to make the wireless, the setup wizard was never abel to complete or sense the print server again.
Finally I reset the print server, and went with installing the utility directly, and that worked.
However, I have not been able to connect to the http interface of the print server.
Were you able to do that?

Did you set the IP address? Can you ping it? Printservers should have a static IP address or if your router has dhcp reservation feature add your printserver's IP on it.
