did you try to configure the PS using the web interface. usually if you are having some problems using the disk you can try the web interface. just reset the PS for 5 seconds to know the ip address of the PS, the printer will print the settings of the PS once you reset it for 5 seconds. then once you do have the ip address now, open your internet explorer and type in the ip address on your address bar. set the ip address and gateway also the wireless settings of the router properly on that page. if you do have wireless security, make sure that you set it correclty to avoid problems once you want to disconnect the PS to your router. you can use tcp/ip printing protocol or the printserver driver to your computer. hope this can help!
