This product has known issues with Apple Products. And Cisco does not seem to worried about finding a solution. The only guidance given is "Upgrade the Firmware." I did this and found that it made no difference. I found the issue after buying and installing the e2500 only to see my iPad, Macs & iPhone cannot connect... at all.
