I have an e4200 and I can't get my Playon mobile configuration to work. I've attempted to manually configure the port as well. Still nothing. Quite frustrating. Any suggestions?

On the very subject, i believe you have shared less information than required.....Please share on what device are you trying to get this app installed and working.....Also share the port information that you have mentioned in there, what port, is it the TCP/IP port that you are talking about?

Sorry, my question was not posted by me on to this site. It was copied from a post I made on Facebook by the FB page owner.
I use a Dell XPS laptop running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Vipre Antivirus Premium with firewall ports allowed for 57331. Playon works just fine, but when I enable mobile access, the test fails.

How did you configure your router means you configured the Router with the help of the Cisco Connect Software or configured it manually… If configured it with Cisco Connect Software then re-configure the Router Manually instead of Cisco Connect… Let me know the name of the ISP [Internet Service Provider] means it’s a DSL connection or Cable Connection… So for the configuration of the Router for

Secondly Mobile Access Automatic mode may cause problems so use Manual mode instead.
