I do not get any response from a Linksys SRW224 switch when connected to the management port. I have tried all baud rates at 8N1. I cannot log in through the Web interface because I apparently changed the password incorrectly and the Web interface will not accept the new password. I have read that the way to reset the password is through the serial console, but that is not working. I have other SRW224 switches that work fine.

I've have a similar problem with a SRW224P just the console port isn't working. I updated the firmware with 1.0.9 I think it made ZERO difference. I know the cable and settings are good as I double stacked two and could use the console port on the other switch with the same firmware no problem.
Nice and reliable for a so called "Business" class switch >:-(
