Dialing * from a PAP2T

Hi,

My first post here, so hi all :smileyhappy:.

I have quite a simple problem. I want to dial a number like 77*432 from the PAP2T, but when I input the * the call disconnects. I do believe the * character is reserved for configuration input, how can I circumvent this?

My dialing plan for this line is:

([3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)z

Best regards,

Tom

You put the * in the dial plan.  A dial plan like this ([x*][x*].) would let you dial any combination with *.

Read about dial plans in the System Administrator guide.

Re: Dialing * from a PAP2T

I agree with hw. You need to input * in the Dial Plan of PAP2T and it should fix your problem.
