The configuration shows "Mapped Sip Port 5061" for both line 1 and line 2. Assuming you have sip port 5060 and 5061 for the two different line tabs, I am not sure what this means but it could be a problem. I would try changing the port numbers so they are very different, say 5521 and 5099 and see if that shows the same mapped port number for each line.

Are you forwarding ports in your router?
