Is there a way to delay the delivery of caller id on the SPA8000? I need it to be delivered between the 1st and 2nd ring. I can listen to it being delivered before my telephone system even rings. It actually has a strange ring (more like beeping) then caller id then my system starts ringing.

I think there is no way to delay the caller ID although I am not familiar if the latest firmware can do it. I suggest contacting Cisco Tech support to further look into your concern. I believe this unit belongs to the business series devices that Cisco is now supporting.
