Incomming Conference (Three Way) Call [ Edited ]

I was wondering if it's possible to start a conference with two incomming calls. For example, I get a call from one of my friends and while on the phone my brother calls me on caller waiting and I anwser it. Is there a way to connect those two calls together instead of switching between those calls?

I believe conference call is provided by voip if you have an ip phone there is an option to have a conference call.

I Thought the LinksysPAP2T had a feature that allowed you do that internally because my VoIP provider only does that when both calls are incomming, but if one is outgoing it doesn't work.
