trouble disabling *69 (call back)

In Regional Tab\Vertical Service Activation Codes\

I have tried a number of ways to disable 'call back
1. changed Call Return Code: to blank
2. changed Call Return Code: to *11

In Line 1 Tab\Supp Serv Subs\
1. changed Call Return Serv: to NO
2. changed Call Back Serv: to NO

I perform a cold reset every time and return to admin screens and settings are how I left them (does not revert to *69 setting)

But I can still dial *69 from my POT 2500 set and the caller number rings.

What am I doing wrong.

you wont be able to disable it as this is something that is set in your VoIP Providers systems.. only way you can disable it from being dialed is to do the advanced admin view and go to dialplan and remove the *xx from the dialplan but this will stop you from dialing any * numbers.. So once you hit the * you will get a fast busy signal...
