i am trying to register an SPA922 on Callmanager 18.104.22.16890-1 and i always get a Registration State: Failed403.
Inside call managers inteface i get a "rejected" message and the ip address of the phone is recognized correctly.
I also use LDAP configuration on the ip-phone and works great.I am able to use the directory on the phone and find other users.
i have done many settings in the ext1 tab but with no success.
In the call managers interface i used the "third-pary sip device" to assosiate the spa922.Also i used user name on ownerid, digest name and line assosiation.
The setup i used in ext1 tab is
Proxy: " ip of my call manager"
User id: "my active directory user id"
password: "my active directory password"
Use Auth id: yes
Auth Id: "same as user id"
i also tried to configure DNS and Domain in System tab but i had same results.
in phone tab
LDAP Dir Enable: yes
LDAP Server: LDAP server
LDAP Client DN: dc="my domain",dc=com
LDAP username and password.
LDAP Auth Method: Digest md5
If there is step by step for what i have to do in the Call Manager and then to my SPA922 to correct this problem please let me know.

Based on the research I made, I think the SPA9xx usnit might not work for LDAP. Here’s a link that discusses the SPA-941 unit with the Callmanager 22.214.171.12490-1:
