Need help! Cannot configure SPA3102 VOIP Router

Hi all,

Iǘe been trying for a few days no to configure my Linksys VOIP Router for my VOIP account with TPG. I used to be with Engin and am using the same router. They were kind enough to unlock it for me but now Iḿ on my own trying to figure out how to reconfigure it witht me new account.
I´ve spoken to TPG helpdesk, gone through the set up manual from JMG Technology and have done alot of searching online for answers to no avail, I´ve also had the password reset with TPG. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Below are ALL the setting from my router under Line 1 and PSTN tabs. I know all this info might seem like overkill but I´ve been at this for ages and seem to be getting nowhere so I don´t want to leave any stone unturned.

Not sure if it´s worth mentioning but I´m from Australia so setting may differ from other countries.

Re: Need help! Cannot configure SPA3102 VOIP Router

Can you tell me  the exact problem?

basically. if you are reconfiguring the device. all you need is reset the device to factory default and once reseted. Just enter your userid, password and SIP Server on line1 for the dial tone.

Re: Need help! Cannot configure SPA3102 VOIP Router

Hi,

Thanks for your response. The biggest problem is that I can´t call the router at all. I take the phone off the hook and I hear nothing, I dial **** and I hear nothing, all I do hear from the earpiece is any noise getting picked up by the mouthpiece....

Re: Need help! Cannot configure SPA3102 VOIP Router

I could recommend to reflash or upgrade the device firmware, then After that double check if the phone is connected is to the phone Port. After doing the Firmware Upgrade power cycle the device, and try again to access the phone IVR and See if it makes a difference. Basically this are the only options we have for the SPA3102 for the reason it doesnt have a Reset button where we could press. If this option fails. you may contact the device provider and check if its still under warranty for replacement.
