Hello, I have a case with a customer, I will explain case scenario:
Customer has a calling card pay-phone , this phone only has one Rj11 jack that will get connected to the VoIP jack on the SPA3102, now this phone only makes calls to 3 predictive DIDs, two of them can go to the voip provider but the third one needs to be send to the PSTN line, is there a way to set up something so when the phone dial "5" before the DID the ATA picks up the PSTN line and send this call thru the PSTN line.
