Hello,
 
I am unable to access this website to set up my internet settings.  Any help?  I have disabled my windows firewall and my norton utilities.  No help.  I am still not able to get to this website to set my voip settings.

What is the device that you are referring to? If it is a voip router, check the IP address and gateway of your computer first. make sure that you have the DHCP set on on the computer instead of manually configured. What you see on the gateway is the one you should try.
