We currently have a cable modem with high speeds feeding our network or 40+ computers and 40+ ip phones using a Cisco RVS4000 router. Out of the router we're losing a tremendous amount of call quality on our voip phones. Is there a better router choice out there for exactly this type of usage? I'm losing hair over this! Thanks.

I think you need a second layer switch.You can create VLAN on the switch and separate it between Voice and Data. RVS4000 is part of Cisco-Small business and I would suggest to visit the ff:
