connecting a bridge to the WRTU54G-TM

I am trying to use my t-mobile VOIP router (192.68.0.1) as the primary router and connect a US robotics 5461 as a bridge.  I have copied each one's MAC address on the other's list and had the same channel setting, but I'm not sure of which IP address and subnet information to use for my bridge.  I tried an IP address within the DNS range of the t-mobile and just outside the range, but I still can't establish the bridge properly. Are there other important settings I'm missing?

Which Mac Address you are using..?

You need to enter the Wireless Mac Address of the router.
