I want to verify if the Ericsson PBX system if it is a VoIP PBX system or purely PSTN?
If this is purely PSTN, you need to register a VoIP account in the SPA3102 in both the Line 1 and PSTN Line of the SPA3102. You need to have a active internet in both location, you need to have a VoIP account, and make sure that the bandwidth where the SPA3102 is attained as pre-cribed by the VoIP provider you will be using for the unit. Follow this link up to Step 16 to register the VoIP accounts in the Line 1 and PSTN Line tabs of the SPA3102:
