EG1032 vs EG1064

What are the differences between EG1032 and EG1064?  So one is 64 bit, what is the gain?  Aren't they both for PCI slots?

The bottom line is if you have a PCI-X slot (its larger than a PCI slot) then you can take advantage of the 64, but you don't have to because a 32 will fit in a 64 slot (theoretically a 64 can be used in a 32 slot but only at the 32 rate and it would be a waste.
I found this info by googling "PCI-X slot"
