i have that LAN card for Windowvista Pc. the instalation cd wont work. i like to have a download in this laptop to create a cd for

my Desktop machine. i have not internet in that one. model lne100tx ver.5.1

This adapter will not support winVista. There’s no driver available. You can refer to the release notes below.
