Hello all,
Does anyone have any information on a Windows 7 64-bit driver for the Linksys USB200M USB network adapter? I have three of these that I use between various systems and have had no luck at all making them work with the new OS.
I'd also gladly replace the adapters with the USB300M, but am worried about the same issue; any news on Windows 7 support on this as well?
Any help would be appreciated!
Jason

Does this mean never compatible? Are drivers planned / possible?
What about the USB300M?

I searched very long but I found the solution here in the forum :
The same address has a 64bit Windows 7 driver. In the hardware manager i look for a driver on my computer, Selected a driver from list, used a disk and browsed to the 64 bit driver. Windows complains about it not being sure that the driver is for the device, but the secound choice is working for me.

Skanny,
Thank you very much! I've looked off and on for months but never found the chipset that the USB200M actually uses. This reference driver works beautifully. A shame that the chipset manufacturer has had this driver available for almost a year and Linksys still hasn't published one.
For everyone's use: The chipset is an ASIX AX88772A. You will need to manually choose from a list during installation and pick this chipset. Driver download:

Thanks again Skanny,

Dear Users,
The v3.12.3.2 driver is the AX88772A/AX88760/AX88772 Windows 7 32-bit driver but not the Windows 7 64-bit driver.
For Windows 7 64-bit driver, please download the v3.14.3.2 driver from the following URL and try it again.

Please visit the following URL for more details about ASIX's USB to LAN family products if necessary. Thanks a lot.

Note that Linksys' USB dongles have their own USB VID/PID information so you should get the official release drivers from Linksys directly. FYI.
