PLTE200/ PLTS400 [ Edited ]

If I understand the info on the Linksys site correctly, I can put a PLTE200 next to my router and place one or more PLTS200's around the house to gain shared access to my router and LAN.

Am I correct in this?

Yes that should work.  I have to wonder why you are going with the devices with slower speeds.  In addition the PLTS will require all your ethernet cables to be directed to one outlet.  I believe the PLE devices have higher advertised speeds which really depends on your wiring.
