I am running Mac OS 10.4.8 with the new Intel II core on a brand new iMac and I have spent hours on the phone with Apple, Linksys and Comcast. I can't get the computer to connect to the router. I've tried everything, on my own and with tech support. Has anyone else had problems? It's not the cable, the ethernet port, and my old eMac had no trouble with the router (neither does my husband's PC). I can connect to the modem directly. Apple blames Linksys and Linksys blames Apple.
Buy a new (non Linksys) router?
