I am having major issues getting my new DPC 3825 gateway modem to work with my PS3

I did the port range forwarding, using the IP address of the Ps3, etc, and still no good. I need help,and the modem is too new to find any tutorials out there to help me.

The Cisco DPC3825 is an ISP supported product. You should contact your ISP or reseller for support.
