Wireless GS USB Network Adaptor ' "Loading WLAN.INI Error"

I have an error message that pops up every few minutes related to a loading problem with WLAN.INI of my Network Monitor.  The wireless network  is operating perfectly except for this issue and the fact that I can't see the monitor.  How do I get rid of this?
