(I posted this question in another thread but felt it should have its own thread so feel free to delete the question off the other thread)
I have not been able to find any information about setting alarms to turn music on in the morning. Does your software have such a feature? If so, what settings does it have? (ie multiple daily alarms, daily alarm - as not everyone works M-F, zone-based alarms, line-in alarm, cancel next alarm, ie for a holiday).I

Hi eonibm,
Sorry for the delay I thought this was already answered in another thread my mistake. The alarm function is not supported at this time (though this may be added in our future roadman) Once again sorry for the delay.

DQL,
I checked with our third teir support teams and they advised this has yet to be added to the roadmap - we are pushing for this feature and will continue to do so but as of yet it hasn't been added.
Thanks again for the feedback!!

DQL,
We have an update:
Due to popular demand our engineers informed us that in mid-august we should be releasing a firmware that will allow our DMC350 conductor - DMC250 director to add alarm capability.
Thank you,

HAL9000: Anything new on the alarm capability.
I have a rather new Director and it updated the firmware shortly after installation, but no alarm capability seems available.

Hi Erik,
I was told that this was something that was already added to the feature set call 800-326-7114 and we can take a look at your firmware.
Thank you,

Well, I have F/W 1.23.33 and the alarm function IS THERE!
I hadn't been able to locate it as it is placed under Settings - General settings.
But anyway. Yes, it is there.
Sorry.
