DMC250: Streaming Radio Disconnections

Hi,

When I stream radio using RadioTime the streaming disconnects once in a while; sometimes it continues by itself, sometimes it disconnects.

I'm using a wired connection with GE LAN switch so I believe it's not a n/wk issue. Also changed ISPs lately. Streaming music works fine.

Any idea? Can I prioritize the streaming traffic in my router? Which port?

What's the model number of your router ?

It's a Cisco 871W connected to a Cisco (Scientific Atlanta) cable modem. Boaz.

Hi, I loked into the user guide. Nothing new there. Radio is workin fine for 5m and then starts to disconnect. any ideas? Thanks

The streaming of music is working fine but the radio streaming is not working properly.

It seems that DMC250 is working properly. There might be the settings on the router which are not working properly. So, try to upgrade the Firmware of the router of the router and see if that works.

Does anyone know which ports on the router (TCP or UDP) RadioTime uses to stream Radio? Thanks, BM
