Rhapsody Library Empty in Cisco Media Player

Hello,

I have a Rhapsody account setup and can access it from Cisco Media Player when I use the Search, Channels, and other functions just fine.  However, the Media Player is not able to find my stored Library.  When I login to the Rhapsody web page, my library is there and available.  Yet, when I use the Media Player and go to Rhapsody then My Library, none of the options (Music, My Playlists, My Channels) lists anything in there for me to select.  Like I said, however, I can still go to Rhapsody Search in the Media Player and find stuff that way.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ed

Hi Ed,

I signed up for the 30-day free trial Rhapsody service from Linksys and had it idled for a while now. Maybe next week I'll start dealing with this service and have it enabled on my WHA device. Since you had this post for a while already, do you have any progress on your problem? Were you able to find a solution for this?

Re: Rhapsody Library Empty in Cisco Media Player

i was just having trouble getting rhapsody to play on my director after i'd set up the free trial - kept getting a 'director error / rhapsody error' on the screen.  figured out that was because i was using my personal email address, which i'd used to set up a previous free trial that had expired...   when i plugged in my work email, which i'd used to set up the new trial, worked perfectly...     to put that email address and password in your need to go through the process of setting up a wireless home audio device with LELA though before it will let you enter your rhapsody user name and password (it then pushes these rhapsody settings to the device).  might be helpful if someone is having a similar set up issue...  i didn't bother to use the install disk initially, but you do need to run LELA for it all to work properly.

OK, i found my problem - I have a Europian unit and only Audolounge is usable on this and not Rhapsody! Does anybody know how to convert the DMC350 from EU unit to US?

Try to adjust the power saving options on your Vista machine as well as disable the power saving feature of your network adapter.

mmmm i think you answered the wrong thread? I have a DMC350-EU. I is set up to play "Audiolounge". I want it to play Rhapsody. Support said i have to trade it in for a US model. Hard to believe there isn't a way around this? Any ideas?
