Cisco Valet wireless router & AT&T DSL

Help!

I just connected the Valet router to my AT&T wireless modem and noticed the internet connection has slow down significantly.

When trying to connect any site, a waiting message appear on the lower screen bar that last a few minutes before connected. This never happened before I go wireless.  The modem, router and notebook sitting next to each other.  Any one has similar problem?  Any suggestion to solve my probem? Thank you for your help--HS

Are you facing slow connectivity on your Wired Computer or on your Wireless Computer? Login to the Router setup page and below change the MTU size to 1350 and click on Save Settings and then again click on the Wireless Tab and below Change the Wireless Channel to 11 and click on Save Settings... Then click on the "Advance Wireless Settings" tab and Change the Beacon Interval to 50 ,Change the Fragmentation Threshold to 2304,Change the RTS Threshold to 2304 and Click on Save Settings...
Now see if you can locate your Wireless Network and attempt to connect...
